Tomato Short Ribs with Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:
- 4 pounds short ribs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large tomato

Directions:
Using a frying pan, heat the olive oil and add the short ribs to brown on all sides.  Add to the frying pan the onions, salt, pepper, garlic, celery, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato.  Cover and simmer for 1.5-2 hours.  Serve with ranch dipping sauce.
